Service Description

This is an opportunity to explore and discover our most untapped parts through sensual sensory play. Join me in this 2 hour workshop where we will use journaling, unique embodiment exercises and peer witnessing to tap into all of our individual senses. We will have a chance to share our relationship to sensuality and how our senses have been our most sacred and beloved teachers or maybe our fiercest protectors. As we learn more about one another, we will weave these new reflections into co-created sacred, rituals and embodiment practices to take back with us into our lives. How can we move and live with more intention? Some of the things we will be exploring through our senses: - Touch through our allies: wax, feathers, ice, flowers, texture, pressure - Smell through our allies: plants and herbs, candles, essential oils, our own skin - Taste through our allies: fruit, water, chocolate - Sound through our allies: music, breathe, rhythm For me, the last few years have been an up and down journey of love, loss and exploration. Over and over again sensuality and embodiment work has helped me come back home to myself when I have wandered too far.
